Description

Interior

Interior cabinetry, joinery work and floors are solid teak and teak veneered marine plywood. The current owner commissioned professional wood finishers to refinish the interior by stripping and sanding the existing teak finish and coating all surfaces with 2 coats primer and 4 coats of Epifanes Rapidclear urethane finish. This work was completed in two phases during 2016 and 2017.

All interior cushions were replaced in 2016 with new polyurethane foam (1” thicker than OEM) and covered with Ultraleather (white).

Five Caframo Sirocco 3 speed, gimballed cabin fans were installed.

Exterior

All exterior teak surfaces were sanded and coated with Epifanes clear varnish.

New sunbrella dodger and bimini  in 2016.

The dodger is a California style which allows for complete front and side window removal from the dodger (for hotter summer weather).

Storage covers are included for all dodger windshields when not in use. Removable windows are made of very clear and strong, Lexan.

The bimini includes a separate connector piece to the dodger for rain and removable roll down sunshades for the stern and aft quarter.

Matching wheel and BBQ covers were also made..

Cockpit cushions were made using 2” closed cell floatation foam and exterior grade Ultraleather (2016).

The OEM oversized pedestal extension and cockpit table were removed to increase useable cockpit space. In its place, a custom teak folding table, flush mounted into a fiberglass molded inset on the steering pedestal was added (2017).

Faux teak (Nuteak) non-slip cockpit sole and swim platform surfaces were installed in 2017 to enhance appearance and improve grip.

New double lifelines and extra wide side gates (midship) were installed in 2017. The OEM narrow side gate openings were retained as well to be used where applicable.

Hull

The hull was factory finished in flag blue Awlgrip.

The boat was repainted in 2016. The boat was completely sanded and coated with 3 coats of epoxy primer, 4 coats of Awlgrip (flag blue) then 3 coats of Awlgrip clear coat finish. The result is an incredible smooth and deep and rich dark blue finish.

The hull bottom is epoxy coated and is in good condition.
