Exterior Overview
The exterior is designed to provide maximum functionality whilst sailing. A comfortable lounge style settee with a sitting area and a secured table appears behind the mizzen mast, conveniently covered with stainless steel support tubing and a classic style bimini. The exterior woodwork is mainly lacquered, however several parts, such as the cap rail, are made of untreated teak.

Main Deck
Walking on to the main deck from the starboard side, you will find the perfect place to host guests. The exterior is mainly designed to be functional during sailing but still includes many areas for lounging. Behind the mizzen mast is a comfortable settee that includes a sofa and table that is secure to the deck.

Interior Overview
“Melody's” timeless and classic interior as well as the exterior design are inspired by the previous Zaca model sailing yachts. Built to have the highest possible level of quality as a classical yacht, the designs combine ample teak contrasted with painted areas. A harmonious color palette throughout the yacht creates an elegant aesthetic. All paint and materials by Awlgrip are of super yacht quality and suitable for maritime environments. The crew entrance, made from lacquered teak, is located on the bow.

Propulsion
Main Engine: The Main engine in the engine room is a Volvo D13 (367 kW / 500 HP). The diesel engine is mounted and seawater cooled.
Gearbox: The Gearbox is a Hydraulic gearbox with PTO, brand ZF. The shaft is from Brunton fitted with Auto lock shaft brake
Propeller: The Propeller is a Varifold 4 blade 40”x 32,5” stern gland with water lubricated rubber bearing Profiseal. The shaft is from Brunton fitted with Auto lock shaft brake.
Bowthruster: The Bowthruster is a hydraulic bow thruster by the brand Sidepower (OE) 33kW / 44.5HP Controlled in the cockpit steering position.
Fuel System: Integrated in the hull, the fuel system has 2 diesel tanks with ±3600ltr each.
Hydraulic System: Hydraulic systems are designed and produced by Lewmar. Moreover, all winches and hydraulic piping are custom made by Lewmar using stainless steel. Installation and testing has been made in accordance with Class Notations.
Features
Water Treatment & Filtration: To ensure good water quality and minimize the change of bacterial growth, a UV sterilizer/silver ionisator/coal filter is integrated. All equipment is supplied by HEM/Cathelco.
Watermaker: A 6000 liter daily water maker is installed, completed with a separate water inlet, pre –and after filter. This is supplied by HEM/Cathelco.
Garage:
Tender Hatch: For the ultimate luxury experience, “Melody” is fitted with a tender hatch which can be controlled through the tender storage or with iPads. The tender hatch fits a motor boat and is equipped with an on-board fueling station as well as refilling station for scuba diving equipment.
Material Used: All materials used at “Melody” are of superior quality. The deck design features teak tree, chrome and high-quality white pearl tone. All of the materials have been tested, certified and will withstand demanding weather and sea conditions.
Sound Isolation: In order to guarantee the peace and quiet on “Melody’s” sea journeys, all rooms have been isolated with SIKA double plating sound dampening system, as well with Promasound materials.
Air Handling: The air conditioning and heating system Veco-Climma has 36 kw electrical heating boilers. It also has chilled compressor units with heating reverse and two compressors. Fan coils will be placed throughout the interior and the drains lead to the substations (interfaces) greywater. Moreover, the technical room has a HVAC solution.
Steering System:
Steering Wheel: A steering wheel in the cockpit is connected to a double cylinder system, the brand is Trydo (in the steering room). In the system, a special “sailing valve” is integrated so that 60-70% of the force on the rudder will come back as feedback on the wheel.
Rudder: Stainless steel rudder with wing-shaped cross section, placed directly after the keel. Designed and produced by Blokland according to the Class and MCA Notations.
Rigging:
Mast, Rigging & Sails: This Super Yacht is fitted with a Bermuda ketch rigged, decked stepped mast. These masts are made from aluminum, designed and produced by Dökar from Nedal aluminum profiles with robline ropes. The rigging has been provided by BSI and the sails are made by Doyle.
Navigation:
Exterior Steering: Steering wheel - Main engine control - Emergency stops - Deck gear hydraulic equipment control - Bowthruster control - Böning touch screen to control and monitor all systems - Two B & G plotters for navigation and an Autopilot control unit.
Communication: B&G Simrad Communication equipment is installed according to Class and MCA Notations and it is integrated into the Böning automation system. Furthermore, satellite KVH internet and Iridium sat phones are installed.
Navigation: B&G Simrad navigation equipment is installed according to the Class and MCA Notations and is integrated into the Böning automation system. Two touch screens of 15” are installed in the cockpit and two touch screens of 15” are installed in the doghouse.
Computer Network: There is an Internal Wifi network as well as an automated search/connection for free internet via gsm and satellite.
Electrical Specs
Generators: The smart concept has been developed by Ridas Yacht together with Bars Elekter and a Böning automation system for the Zaca 115. It is designed to ensure ideal energy balance with the smallest possible generator and an optimized Lithium battery pack. A single generator can be used continuously during normal operations in daytime, and peak loads are supplied by the second generator. Both generators are Kohler 40 kw. One is placed in the engine room and the second in the technical room. They are equipped with automatic synchronized and paralleled systems to share electrical loads for maximum effect. Furthermore, the system is designed to be operated in total silence for 5 hours when the main electrical supplier is solely the battery bank.
Interior Lighting: All lighting is last generation LED, 24V by the brand Foresti & Suardi.
Alarm System: The monitoring system is designed and produced by Böning according to Zaca 115 specifications according to the Class and MCA Notations. It is fully integrated in all systems onboard, and includes an option to monitor “Melody’s” performance status globally through gadgets. The main panels are installed in the cockpit and the doghouse with acoustic and visible alarms. Furthermore, there is an UMS alarm system with control panels in the technical room as well as alarm panels in the crew compartments.
Fire Alarm System: The fire alarm System installed on “Melody” is a “Consilium” fire alarm system with optical smoke & heat detectors linked to the central ships alarm system. Additional gas detection systems are installed in the engine room, technical room, storage places, steering room, the tender room and the owner’s cabin.
Entertainment Equipment: The entertainment system is a combination of the BOSE sound system and the SONY video displays. The control of speakers and audio signal input is integrated into the Böning panels in each compartment.
Closed Circuit Camera System: In total, 8 cameras are installed in all interior and exterior areas. These include two anchor pocket cameras for better visibility during maneuvering in narrow areas. All interior cameras are fixed with an infrared option and all the exterior cameras come with a remote control.

iPad Access System: iPad access system controls by Böning assure that almost everything on board “Melody” can be controlled via portable iPads. The crew members will have their own iPads for the controlling of the yacht, while the owner can use his for entertainment and leisure controls. iPads will provide access to controlling the hatch, lightnings, air containing, entertainment system and many more functions.
Safety
General: Delivery of the safety equipment has been done according to the CISR and class. It shall consist of: life jackets, life rafts, firefighting equipment, life buoys, emergency signals, emergency communication devices and medical facilities.

Watertight Door And Fifi Safety: Safety is our highest priority. “Melody” is equipped with watertight bulkhead doors & separate escape hatches. Fire safety will be delivered by Novec ja Firepro
