The houseboat features a flybridge with framed canopy with new canvas and large upper deck which was recently replaced as part of routine maintenance. The boat needs nothing and is turn-key ready for the new owner. Recent additions include new bridge canvas, bottom coat, and added bow thruster.
A slip transfer for the 2022 is a possibility. Trades are considered on an individual basis.
It is currently stored and shrinkwrapped but access is available. Additional photos will be added when the vessel shrinkwrap is removed and after the boat is launched in April.
