Kalik 33 for charter

A widely known builder in Europe the Kalik 33 was built as an IOR 3/4 tonner with as plush a set of cruising accommodations the listing broker has seen in the genre.  This boat was been given 2 extensive refits under her current owner who absolutely loved the boat.  Beginning in 2010 she has been Awlgripped, given new teak decks, new engine, interior refinished including new headliner and much more.  Please read the full specs for details.

In late September she was surveyed by a highly regarded surveyor, please look at the hull and deck section for a brief summary of the findings.  The net net of the survey is that there are structural repairs that are needed that are not justified by the value of the boat.  That said she will be fine sailing coastal and in bays for several years but will ultimately become inadequate for that and need to be salvaged hence the price reduction from $35,000 to $12,500.  Again please read the full specs for details.  We can provide a copy of the survey.
