Description
*PROJECT BOAT* Any and ALL offers will be thoroughly reviewed and considered.
She will need $200k - $250k to get her "Show Ready". Owner is currently doing work, but progress is slow moving due to Covid-19. Boat will be an "As Is" deal. Both engines need to be overhauled (due to sitting for (2) years), but she also has New Fuel pumps, Heat exchangers, and Intercoolers. The boat will need the following work:
- Engine Work ($150k)
- Engine Room Paint/Clean up ($5k)
- A/C ($20k)
- Exterior Paint (TBD)
- Electronics (original, need to be replaced).
- Bottom Paint
- Teak-Rubber replacement
- Soft Goods (carpets, mattresses, linens, etc)
- Dry Cleaning of existing cushions
- Interior cosmetic wood work
- Isan Glass and vinyl covers
- Interior Mold spore tests and remediation
