Price dropped for quick sale.    Buyer must have a slip or mooring secured or be willing to take title now and remove the houseboat from the Lake San Antonio parking lot by the end of 2021.   A $135 monthly fee is due to the county if the buyer wishes to keep the boat in the parking lot.

Background:

Monterey County failed to install swivels in its new swing mooring systems and failed to supervisor the moorings.  After two houseboats ended up on the beach, 10 feet out of the water, the county decided to pull the remaining houseboats out of Lake San Antonio and place them on timbers in the Harris Creek parking lot. 

We live in Paso Robles and do not want to relocate our houseboat many miles from our home.  So, our misfortune will be someone's good fortune.  We have priced our houseboat for a quick sale.  This boat has a massive solar panel system and less than 200 hours on its newer Mercruiser engine and outdrive.   The structure is in excellent shape and all systems function well.
