Schedule:  every 4th week on an annual rotational basis

              2021 Assigned Dates: May 17-23, June 14-21, July 12-18, Aug 9-15, Sept 6-12

              2021 unassigned open date are available Jan-April & Oct-Dec

Option to trade or use weeks when the boat is not in use
