This is a 2018 custom Sailabration 16'x80' built on all aluminum flooring and 48" diameter pontoons so it's the most fuel efficient house boat on the market. It has twin Honda 115hp outboard engines with less than 10hrs on each of them and they run perfect. The generator is a westerbeke 20kw with less then 2 hours on it. This boat has a 135 gal fuel tank and a 135 gal black water tank. It does not have a water tank but has a water pump with a filtration system that uses the lake water to supply the entire boat. Has a stack washer and dryer and is 3 queen beds and 2 full baths with marine heat and air. The master bed has a sleep number Matress that is very comfortable. Comes fully equipped with all furniture and appliances. This boat needs absolutely nothing but a new owner.  This boat is on the Tennessee River so it's very easy to move to its new home.
