I just got done putting quite a bit of money into the boat (upgraded to folding prop, bottom paint, cutlas bearing and stuffing box, new sails) when a friend told me (last week) he was sellling his 2018 Beneteau 45....a boat i've ALWAYS wanted...   so selling my boat was not expected at all.  My boat is almost impecible.  people often tell me my boat is in perfect shape.  new toe rail cover protecting the new varnish, and dodger & bimini in perfect shape (look almost new) .

Navigation Systems

RayMarine E80 chartplotter, radar, autohelm, tridata depth and new AIS....all work perfectly.  

Mechanical Equipment

UK Xdrive laminate NEW Sails are 3 weeks old.  3 blade Gori Folding prop (the best, most reliable on the market, fewest moving parts, most powerful on the market is 3 months old.  1 electric winch on cabin top for furling/unfurling, reefing is only a couple years old.   The entire running rigging was inspected a few months ago and had great report. furling unit, all sheves pulletys and ines are new, as are the outhaul sheves and outhaul car.  rigged for spinnaker  new dripless packing, cutlas bearing, rudder bearing and seals 1 month ago ago at the best most expensive yard in Marina Del Rey/Los Angeles.  New bottom paint 3 months ago. New AGM batteries (4D size) plus Grp 31 starting bank battery.  Beautiful Tan leather covered Folding wheel 2 years old, 

Accommodations

Interior is impeccible, and the exterior looks like nearly new.  1 jack-&-Jill bathroom/head with two doors (walk in one out the other)   Plus huge forward head/bathroom  2 cabins, 2 heads. Teak cockpit seats and SeaDek sole  2 cabins, 2 heads. Teak cockpit seats and SeaDek sole

I just got done putting quite a bit of money into the boat (upgrades in the last 2 months are  3 blade folding prop, new bottom paint, new cutlas bearing and new dripless packing stuffing box, AND new sails (sails are 2 weeks old) when a friend told me (last week) he was sellling his 2018 Beneteau 45, which is a boat I've ALWAYS wanted.  So selling my boat was not expected at all.  Whoever gets my boat will have absolutely reliable, shiny, like new yacht for years to come.  People often tell me my boat is in perfect shape.  New toe rail cover protecting the new varnish, and dodger & bimini in perfect shape (look almost new). New main sail furling system. Passed recent rigging inspection. Boat has an oil exchange pump (push a button and change your oil in five minutes).
