I bought this boat in Fort Lauderdale, even though I live in Michigan, because it was the only one I could find that had three staterooms, dual captain stations, and was under 50 feet in length. It's an incredible boat, but it's unique, and was used on the east coast for most of its 20+ years (Atlantic Ocean, Fort Lauderdale, and Conneticut).
**I own a slip in Anchorage Marina, so if anyone is "local", the slip could be sold with the boat. Same with the Sea Doo Spark (3-up).**
I have a marine survey from November of 2020, and a detailed mechanical inspection from that time also.
I've spent six-figures on updates in the last 18 months, which includes deffered maintenance, cosmetic updates, and all new electronics and audio (Garmin).
