For sale is a 2006 Sea Ray 44 Sundancer boat that has been exclusively used in fresh water and is currently docked at Two Rivers Marina on Lake Roosevelt, Washington State. The boat has had only one owner since it was new and has been meticulously maintained throughout its lifetime. Annual oil changes and filter replacements have been performed regularly, while full shrink wrapping has been done in the winter. Additionally, professional waxing, buffing, and detailing have been conducted every other year to keep the boat looking new. Two years ago, the rudder seals were replaced, the props were refurbished, and new zincs were installed after the boat was pulled out of the water. The owners are recently retired and spend a lot of time traveling, hence the decision to sell the boat.
