Re-man Engines installed in 2015 by Cummins. 500 hour service performed by Cummins in 2019.

110 Volt electrical panel w/ stainless bar to prevent accidental tripping when entering or exiting helm station.

Heater control for main cabin heat 12 volt. heat provided from coolant in starboard engine that has shut off valves for summer operation

Main bilge area epoxy painted grey. Coltri- 9.6 CFM Scuba Air Compressor hydraulically operated. Negotiable in deal.

Dual 12V house batteries and storage. Parts unique to the vessel included. Other parts & containers not included and negotiable. Main bilge pump in stainless wire basket to prevent debris. Back-up pump in front. Rule high water switch w/ audible alarm on deck

Westerbeke 8.0 BTDA 120/240 generator. 1800 RPM. 8 KW. 66.7 amps, 18.9 horsepower. Diesel using .5 ( 1/2) gallon per hour. 7 gallon per minute hydraulic PTO ( power take off) pump bolted to generator end with Westerbeke adaptor. Hydraulic oil is cooled w/ a sea water heat exchanger in Port access bilge.

Generator battery main power cut of switch option to get power from engine battery in case of emergency.

Exhaust Wet exhaust generator lift muffler. Exhaust and water rises above water line to prevent back flow if sea water thru muffler and into generator as recommended by Westerbeke, located under aft salon bench. Note: a siphon break is also included on the sea water intake side of the generator cooling system.

2 x 904D Batteries for main engines. 1 - Port , 1 - Starboard. 1050 Cold Cranking Amps. All terminals maintained w/ dielectric grease preventing corrosion. Note: direct fused lead to engine computer controller.
Perko battery selection switches providing switching from all batteries in emergency. Terminal block for main power.

Port mid-ship under deck compartment. Red oil cooler for hydraulic system. Stainless 14 gallon tank for hydraulic system. Screw on hydraulic filter for hydraulic system. Note: red hydraulic pump on right

Note: a low oil pressure ( under 50 psi) switch that would indicate loss of fluid will turn of generator and hydraulic pump. Switch is located on 3 station hydraulic manifold under the aft salon bench.

200 Gallon port and starboard fuel tanks. Custom built from 5086 marine grade aluminum and finished with marine grade epoxy paint. Sending units to show fuel level on main Cummins controls at helm station.

Filter tower and final water separator for scuba compressor system. Negotiable w/ deal.

12 Volt controls on deck in water proof case to control hydraulic manifold. Compressor / Anchor and dredge which has dripless quick connects for any other hydraulic accessory.

Air intake / nitrox / trimix mixing stick for scuba compressor, Negotiable.

PSS Dripless shaft packing.

Electrical room. 12 volt and 110 Volt. Access to all electronics. All terminals in shrink wrap and dielectric grease on all terminal strips.

Accommodations

 

Vinyl soffit ceiling. Stainless support tubes through out. to provide roof support. Ceiling insulated w/ solid block foam. 110 outlets thru out.

Salon seating for 6-7. Storage under Port cushion. Access to hydraulic area under Aft seat. Mahogany & Maple floor. Mahogany trim and wall panel. Mahogany trimmed Formica table lowers to become a bed.

Galley area behind captains chair. Sink under coffee maker currently not used. 110 Refrigerator. Storage drawers. Storage cabinet under sink. Microwave w/ pizza oven under 100V.

Solid Mahogany & Maple floors need a re-finish.

Helm station w/ storage below. Double wide seat from Sea Furniture and stainless arm supports.

Aluminum floor grating provides access to main bilge storage and compressor area.

Heat register for main cabin heat.
Jabsco 12 Volt marine head with storage for spare parts behind. Teak storage.

V Berth w/ 3-4 bunks . Currently port upper bunk is for storage. Anchor locker behind hinged panel. Storage under lower bunks for life jackets.

MARINEMACH - 13,500 BTU/h AIR CONDITIONER 110V air conditioner control. Starboard panel provides access to radar tower and wiring.
